Be Active in Prevention
- Keep social distancing, minimize time in public places
- Avoid touching your face
- Wash hands for 20 seconds with soap and warm water
- Cover cough with elbow or tissue, wear a mask in public
- Use Neti Pot to rinse nasal passages
- Gargle with Listerine
- Shower when you come home from indoor public places

General Health
- Stay hydrated, drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces, daily, best to drink warm water when you can
- Eat fruits and vegetables – 5-10 1/2 cup servings per day
- Manage stress (stress depresses the immune system)
- Avoid eating sweets or processed foods
- Get enough sleep (6-8 hrs)
- Get outside and get sunshine daily
- Vitamin C, buffered, 2 grams once or twice per day
- Zinc 30mg up to 3 times per day with food
- Vitamin A

- AVOID ibuprofen or aspirin – as it can make COVID-19 worse
